Commercial aluminium glazing systems specialist, Jack Aluminium Systems has been named a finalist in the Manufacturing Innovation category at the Insider Business Made in the Midlands awards.
Jeff Pearson, Sales and Marketing Director at Jack Aluminium Systems says: “We’re thrilled to be a finalist in the Manufacturing Innovation category. At Jack Aluminium, we use value engineering concepts to design commercial aluminium systems that deliver top performance benefits and are easy to manufacture and install.
“With all of our innovations, we start at the grass roots, by talking to architects, specifiers, fabricators and installers to understand the issues they are facing with commercial glazing. Then we can engineer our product range to provide real solutions to these problems.”
2018 marks 10 years of manufacturing innovation from the Coventry-based systems company. Jack Aluminium delivers high-performance, value-engineered commercial glazing systems like the thermally efficient TD68 Jack Door. Their systems have helped fabricators to reduce waste, improve manufacturing efficiency and offer cost-effective glazing systems for installers, specifiers and architects working on commercial and public-sector projects.
Jeff adds: “Making the shortlist for this award is a real credit to the whole team at Jack Aluminium and it is fantastic to be recognised for our manufacturing innovation by our regional peers in the wider manufacturing industry.”
The Made in the Midlands awards received a record number of entries this year. The lucky winners will be announced at a ceremony on Thursday 10 May at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel in Birmingham.
